Ar. Rahul C. Deshpande is an accomplished architect and Associate Professor with over 20 years of professional experience and 18 years in academia. A graduate of PCEA with a Master’s in Planning from SPA Delhi, he brings deep expertise across core areas such as design, construction technology, building services, and working drawings.

Through his practice, R.D. Architects and Consultants, he has led diverse projects ranging from residential and township developments to public infrastructure like parks, markets, and civic spaces. His teaching bridges theory with hands-on application, helping students grasp both technical precision and design thinking.
