The administration is overseen by the Board of Governors (BOG). The BOG approves and executes the vision of the institute by framing goals and making strategic plans with the support and involvement of all the stakeholders. The BOG ensures that all decisions on the matters such as admission quality, new programs, infrastructure, Teaching-Learning Process, and Placements are arrived at based on the fundamental concerns of the institution. The BOG has in place a well-knit review system to assess the performance of the Principal (Head of the Institution), faculty, and staff. It ensures compliance to various regulatory bodies like UGC, AICTE, DTE, VTU, State Government, COA, TEQIP, and others on regular basis.
