MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE
The Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Environmental Architecture at IDEAS is a 2-year full-time postgraduate program affiliated to RTMNU and approved by COA. Built for graduates aiming to deepen their design expertise, this program emphasizes research, critical thinking, sustainability, and advanced design inquiry. With a legacy of academic excellence, IDEAS fosters an environment that bridges academia and practice through studio-led pedagogy and cross-disciplinary exposure.
The curriculum spans four semesters and includes advanced studios, theory and critique, urban and regional studies, electives, and a capstone thesis. Students benefit from national and international academic and industry collaborations—including CEPT University, SCI-Arc (USA), and Folds Design Mumbai—supported by a community of progressive educators and practitioners.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The candidate must hold a B.Arch degree or an equivalent qualification from an approved University and must appear for the State CET conducted at the institute level.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Meritorious and deserving students may apply for scholarships offered through institutional and external funding channels. Limited scholarships are available based on academic excellence, portfolio strength, and socio-economic background. Selection is based on an internal review process.
INSTRUCTIONS
Admissions are subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria and performance in the entrance process. Shortlisted candidates must complete all documentation, portfolio submissions, and interview rounds within the specified schedule. Admission will be confirmed only after verification and fee payment.
